Your professionalism and dependability directly support food security and customer satisfaction while allowing you to return home regularly.What You'll DoSafely operate newer-model Freightliner or Volvo tractors with 53' trailersComplete local and multi-stop deliveries safely and efficientlyCommunicate regularly with dispatch and customersManage hours of service and delivery timelines effectivelyKeep your assigned truck clean and professionally maintainedOptionally assist with unloading to expedite deliveries when applicableUtilize Samsara ELD with inward, outward, and side-facing camera safety systemsSchedule & TravelLocal routes with regular home timeMonday through Friday work scheduleOpportunity for additional hours on Saturdays for those who are interested and availableWhat Makes This Role ExcitingAssigned Equipment: No slip seating your truck is your space.Modern Fleet: Safety-equipped tractors featuring collision mitigation, lane assist, and advanced driver technology.Consistent Work, Real Stability: Year-round freight with dependable schedules and no seasonal slowdowns.Home Time: Local routes that provide regular time at home while maintaining steady earnings.What We're Looking ForCDL Class A license (required)Minimum one year of tractor-trailer driving experienceCurrent DOT medical cardClean driving record (no DUIs or major moving violations within the past five years)Strong time management skills and commitment to safetyMust be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English to effectively communicate, understand safety procedures, and complete required documentationComfortable working varied schedules, including day or night driving and multi-stop deliveriesClemens Food Group does not accept unsolicited resumes from search or staffing firms.
