What is a seasonal postal?

Seasonal postal workers are temporary employees hired by postal services, such as the United States Postal Service (USPS), to help handle increased mail and package volume during busy times of the year, like the holiday season. Their duties often include sorting mail, delivering packages, and assisting with customer service. These positions are usually part-time or full-time for a limited period, typically lasting a few weeks to a few months. Seasonal postal workers play a crucial role in ensuring timely mail delivery when demand is at its peak.

What skills and qualifications are needed to be a seasonal postal?

To thrive as a Seasonal Postal Worker, you need basic literacy and numeracy skills, physical stamina, and attention to detail, typically requiring a high school diploma or equivalent.
