We have been in business for 100 years and are leaders in the Commercial Outdoor Decor industry. We distribute holiday decorations, banners, and flags to municipalities, non-profits, and corporations throughout the United States. We work hard, taking pride in the quality products and the superior customer service that has made us a leader in our field.

Job Summary

The Seasonal Warehouse Associate will assist in the completion of a thorough refurbishment of holiday decorations, maintain a steady production flow, ensure that product inventory is both accurate and organized, and complete orders in a timely matter, in order to meet the company and customer standards.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Load and unload trucks with inventory
  • Examine orders to verify accuracy in inventory and truck loads
  • Assist with moving inventory to the loading dock
  • Organize decorations in the proper warehouse locations
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety standards as outlined by the company
  • Assist with the installation during peak season
  • Perform other various warehouse duties as assigned
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to follow directions including all safety procedures
  • Ability to climb ladders and utilize the forklift with training
  • Ability to work independently as well as with others in a team
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed

Education and Experience

  • Valid driver's license with three years clean driving record required
  • Minimum of one year warehouse experience
  • Experience picking or packing orders
  • Experience loading and unloading trucks

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times
  • Prolonged periods of standing
