Their main duties include picking items from shelves based on orders, ensuring accurate quantities, and packing them securely for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Developing a consistent sleep schedule and maintaining healthy habits can also help night shift workers adjust and perform effectively. Teamwork is important, as colleagues often rely on each other for efficiency and safety during these hours.
