RCX Sports is hiring a part-time, Seasonal Warehouse Associate to support the Event Warehouse team. This role helps ensure event kits, equipment, and product are received, stored, prepared, and shipped accurately and on time to support high-quality events. You'll work closely with warehouse teammates and report to the Senior Warehouse Manager.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and put away inbound shipments
  • Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments for events and other business needs
  • Sort, organize, and stage incoming/outgoing product and equipment
  • Count, track, and organize inventory; assist with cycle counts as needed
  • Update and maintain inventory records in internal systems/spreadsheets
  • Create labels and documentation for shipments
  • Load and unload trucks and deliveries safely
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Follow all safety standards, operating procedures, and company policies

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 1+ year of warehouse/logistics experience preferred (or willingness to learn)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer proficiency (able to create labels, track inventory, and update records)
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including:
    • Lifting up to 50 lbs
    • Standing and walking for extended periods
    • Bending, reaching, and moving product throughout the shift
  • Forklift experience (preferred) or willingness to be trained
  • Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset

  • Schedule: Part-time, Monday-Friday, 9am - 3pm EST
  • Duration: July through September
  • Pay: $15/hour
