Seasonal Fulfillment Support Associate (On-Call)

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our fulfillment team on a seasonal, on-call basis during our busiest periods throughout the year.
About the Role
This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible, seasonal work. Beauty Heroes experiences approximately 6-8 peak fulfillment periods each year when additional warehouse support is needed. During these times, seasonal team members play an important role in helping us deliver an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and comfort working with computers and inventory systems are important for success in this role.
This position is physically active and requires extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting products and shipping materials weighing up to 30 pounds.
Key Responsibilities
  • Print, sort, and prioritize customer orders
  • Pick, pack, and ship e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently
  • Receive, unpack, inspect, and store incoming inventory
  • Enter inventory and product receipts into our inventory management system
  • Monitor inventory levels and report replenishment needs
  • Support subscription box fulfillment and special projects as needed
  • Review and assist with backorders to ensure timely shipment
  • Help maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
  • Organize and manage promotional inventory and marketing materials
  • Dispose of packing materials and maintain a clean work environment
  • Participate in inventory counts and audits as required
  • Assist with preparation for upcoming promotions, launches, and peak sales events
