Seasonal Picking & Packing Associate

Pay: $17.00 per hour with flexible hours

Looking for a seasonal opportunity with a consistent schedule, great team environment, and no late nights? Join School Health Corporation, the nation's leading provider of health supplies and services to schools, universities, athletic programs, and healthcare professionals.

As a family-owned company, we take pride in maintaining a clean, safe workplace where team members are valued and supported. We are hiring Seasonal Picking & Packing Associates to help prepare customer orders for shipment from our Distribution Center.

Flexible full-time and part-time shifts are available between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, or other fast-paced team environments who enjoy staying active and working together to achieve goals.

Please note: This is a seasonal position and is not benefits eligible.

What You'll Do

  • Pick and prepare customer orders using a handheld RF scanner.
  • Ensure orders are accurate by verifying items, descriptions, and quantities.
  • Pack products carefully using the correct cartons and packing materials.
  • Print and attach packing slips and shipping labels.
  • Work with your team to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Assist other departments as needed.

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods throughout the shift.

Experience

  • Previous warehouse experience is helpful, but not required.
  • Experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, or other team-focused roles is a plus.
  • Training will be provided for all warehouse systems and equipment.
