Job description

Job Summary The City of Sioux Falls Public Works/Water Reclamation division is accepting applications for seasonal equipment operators and laborers. Qualified candidates who possess a minimum of a Class B CDL: $22.95 hourly Qualified candidates who do not currently have a Class B CDL: $19.57 hourly This is a seasonal, non-benefitted position. Positions will be weekdays, 40 hours per week for up to six months of employment

Job Responsibilities Duties will include, but are not limited to: Driving a dump truck Manual labor Sewer construction maintenance Operating a sewer jet truck Operating a closed circuit camera television truck Minimum Qualifications Candidates for the Equipment Operator must possess a Class B CDL. Candidates must have the ability to work in extreme weather conditions and lift/carry 100lbs.
