Wire Bending & Forming Cell Operator Katy Spring & Mfg., Inc.

Our mission is simple: manufacture precise, reliable wireforms that keep our customers’ products performing. We’re looking for a cell operator who thrives on running modern wire bending systems, tightening tolerances, and using root-cause thinking to make every part better than the last.

The impact you’ll have
  • Safely operate and monitor wireforming machinery to meet production targets.
  • Load wire materials, execute machine startups and shutdowns, and complete efficient changeovers.
  • Translate blueprints, work orders, and travelers into accurate, repeatable setups.
  • Measure parts with calipers, micrometers, protractors, and optical comparators to verify conformance.
  • Assist with tooling changes, machine setup activities, and preventive maintenance routines.
  • Fine-tune processes to uphold quality standards and minimize scrap.
  • Champion safety practices and wear required PPE at all times.
