Job description

Seasonal Pool Technician - Part-Time -
Princeton Property Management is hiring Seasonal Pool Technicians for the West Royal Apartments. This is a part-time, seasonal role responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-functioning pool area.
No experience necessary - PAID TRAINING PROVIDED
Mandatory pool training (paid)
Schedule & Pay
  • Up to 10 hours per week - Memorial Day through Labor Day
  • Weeknights & weekends required
  • $18.00 per hour
  • Seasonal position

Primary Responsibilities
  • Test pool water every four hours while open
  • Maintain proper pH and chlorine levels
  • Record readings in daily pool logs
  • Clean pool furniture, deck, and surrounding areas
  • Vacuum pool and remove debris
  • Maintain pool equipment, pumps, and filters
  • Monitor supply inventory
  • Transport, store, and use pool chemicals safely
  • Report equipment or water quality issues to management

Required Qualifications
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Able to read, write, and speak English
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle (if applicable)
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Able to work independently and with a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Physical Requirements
  • Lift up to 25 lbs
  • Stand for extended periods
  • Walk on uneven surfaces
  • Bend and Kneel
