Description

Mill City Concrete and Masonry Inc. is a leader in high quality residential concrete work. We are looking to hire a full-time Concrete Finisher with 2+ years' experience. This is a seasonal position and runs through April - November. We work primarily in Mpls/St. Paul and surrounding suburbs. Job starts around 7am and ends when the day is completed M-F.

Benefits:

  • Compensation: $30-$40+ (Depends on experience)

Job Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Forming (sidewalks, driveways, steps, patios, etc.)
  • Pouring Concrete
  • Finishing Concrete

Qualifications:

  • Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license. We move throughout the day from jobsite to jobsite. We work primarily in Mpls/St. Paul and surrounding suburbs.
  • High level of experience in finishing all concrete.
  • Must be able to handle physical labor for construction (kneeling, bending, lifting, involvement in pour, wheelbarrows and shoveling).
  • Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within deadline.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and non-verbal).
  • Ability to multitask and take direction.
  • Meets attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
  • Masonry experience a plus.
