Job description

Our Embroidery Logo Production Team Members work on an industrial Embroidery Machine with multiple embroidery heads to produce embroidery orders for professional sports teams, colleges, major corporations, golf tournaments and clubs. We train applicants with good work skills to help their team meet quality and production standards on a daily basis, even if they don’t have any prior embroidery or sewing experience. Our Embroidery Logo Production team is looking for people who are cooperative, have a great attention to detail, show a strong work ethic, and take pride in their workmanship. If you like to be busy and enjoy working in a team environment, this may be the job for you. Location: Dallas Fulfillment Center

Hours: Monday thru Friday 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with voluntary overtime during peak periods. Overtime eligible position.

Embroidery Machine Operator - EMO

Essential Functions:

Operating an Industrial Embroidery Machine

  • Thread machine with correct thread
  • Set up order on computer
  • Start sewing operation
  • Watch for quality issues & correct when standards not met
  • Scan order after sewing is complete

Coordinate

  • Verify the correct units were received from the warehouse
  • Arrange garments according to how they will be embellished
  • Ensure correct logo locations are indicated on garments
  • Scan orders

Hooping

  • Attach hoop to garments in correct location
  • Keep embroidery machines sewing when other machine operator is on break or at lunch

Work Environment:

  • High energy, dynamic warehouse setting with modular setting for embroidery team
  • Embroidery Production space is air conditioned.
  • Overtime hours during seasonal periods may be available.
