What You'll Do
  • Provide preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing care
  • Administer medications and treatments and monitor resident responses
  • Observe and report changes in condition to the care team
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication records
  • Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and team members
  • Support nursing assistants and promote teamwork on the unit
  • Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies

THESE ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a licensed practical nurse
  • Current CPR certification

LOCATIONS: Two Nazareth Home campuses
Clifton - 2120 Payne Street, Louisville, KY 40206
  • LPN - Days 6:30am - 7:00pm full and part time
  • LPN - Nights 6:30pm - 7:00am full time
  • Desk Nurse - 6:30am to 7:00pm full time
  • PRN

Highlands - 2000 Newburg Rd, Louisville, KY 40205
  • PRN
