Job Description

  • Receive, stage, ship, and track products and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
  • Deliver and retrieve products and equipment from growers, distributors, and customer locations.
  • Safely operate forklifts, ATVs, company vehicles, and other equipment.

Field Operations Support
  • Serve as a backup Field Service Representative during peak seasons and as business needs require.
  • Assist with equipment deployment, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and retrieval in the field.
  • Support customer field trials and product evaluations.
  • Assist with annual product deployment, refurbishment, inventory transitions, and seasonal operational projects.
  • Help troubleshoot customer and field equipment issues in partnership with the Technical Field Operations team.

Project & Team Coordination
  • Coordinate and oversee temporary labor crews during seasonal projects and warehouse activities.
  • Assist with planning and completing special projects that support Technical Field Operations.
  • Work closely with Customer Experience, Sales, Technical Field Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure a high level of customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the Technical Field Operations team.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, and enjoys working in a role where every day is a little different.
Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support a variety of operational needs.
  • Comfortable working in warehouse, agricultural, and outdoor environments.

Travel & Physical Requirements
This position is based onsite in the Bakersfield, California area.
Requirements include:
  • Up to 25% travel, primarily throughout California.
  • Occasional overnight travel.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to safely operate company vehicles, forklifts, and ATVs.
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
