Familiarity with hand tools, power equipment, and sometimes safety certifications like OSHA training is often expected. Seasonal Laborers often encounter challenges such as adapting quickly to new tasks, working outdoors in varying weather conditions, and maintaining physical stamina during repetitive or physically demanding work. To manage these challenges, it’s important to dress appropriately for the weather, stay hydrated, and communicate proactively with supervisors about any concerns or needed support. Building good relationships with your team can also make the work more enjoyable and help you learn best practices for efficiency and safety.
