Labcorp is seeking a hybrid Regional Study Coordinator to join our Central Labs Services team in Indianapolis.

Job Responsibilities

Serve as the regional liaison between the Global Study Manager and all CLS departments involved in study execution

Act as the regional point of contact for assigned client representatives (e.g., CRAs, Site Monitors) and the corresponding local CLS platform; may occasionally represent the Global Study Manager in interactions with primary client contacts

Partner closely with the Global Study Manager across all study stages-from startup through closure-to ensure seamless coordination of activities within the local platform

Review the Statement of Work (SOW) to assess local feasibility and provide informed recommendations to the Study Design Lead

Maintain deep knowledge of SOW specifications and a strong understanding of how those requirements impact operational delivery across the clinical trial

Oversee daytoday local study activities, including logistics, monitoring, and study supplies, ensuring the Global Study Manager is kept informed of key developments

Monitor, track, and resolve local study issues, maintaining consistent communication with the Global Study Manager to support proactive issue management

The Regional Study Coordinator is expected to interact internally on a regular basis and occasionally with external clients throughout all job duties mentioned above.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Two or more years of professional experience in a clinical research or laboratory setting

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life science discipline

Strong communication and organizational skills that support clear, consistent execution

Pay Range: 60-65K

All job offers will bebased on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicabledegrees/certifications,as well as internal equity and market data.
