Gulf Islands Waterpark is looking for dedicated Cleaning Crew Members to keep the park sparkling this summer!

Do you take pride in a clean and organized environment? Are you looking for an active summer job where you can contribute to a great guest experience? Gulf Islands Waterpark is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Cleaning Crew team for the summer season. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who enjoys working outdoors and ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

As a Cleaning Crew Team Member, You Will:

  • Maintain Park Cleanliness: Ensure all areas of the waterpark, including walkways, restrooms, seating areas, and attractions, are clean and well-maintained throughout the day.
  • Restroom Care: Regularly clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Trash: Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
  • Spill Control: Quickly and efficiently clean up any spills or messes to maintain safety.
  • Light Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning-related maintenance tasks, such as wiping down surfaces and sweeping.
  • Guest Assistance: Be approachable and willing to assist guests with directions or answer basic questions.
  • Safety First: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and team members.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other Cleaning Crew members and park staff to achieve cleanliness goals.
  • Contribute to a Positive Experience: Help create a positive and enjoyable experience for all waterpark guests.

Pay Rates

  • Age 16 and 17 - $9.55/hr. based on experience and qualifications. End-of-Season Bonus: $1.00 per hour bonus for every hour worked if you stay with us through the end of the season!
  • Age 18 - $12.00/hr. based on experience and qualifications. End-of-Season Bonus: $1.00 per hour bonus for every hour worked if you stay with us through the end of the season!
