This position will be responsible for delivering remarkable customer service by providing customers with exceptional product knowledge, efficient service and a friendly attitude. As a Pricing & Inventory Clerk, you'll play a key role in keeping our store accurate, organized, and customer-ready. From completing price changes and managing backroom inventory to setting planograms and preparing the weekly ad, your work ensures our customers can easily find what they need at the right price.

What You'll Do

✔ Complete daily pricing updates and promotional sign changes with accuracy.
✔ Assist with planogram resets to ensure merchandise is displayed according to company standards.
✔ Organize and maintain backroom inventory to support efficient product flow.
✔ Monitor inventory levels and help identify opportunities to improve accuracy and organization.
✔ Work collaboratively with teams across the store to execute merchandising initiatives.
✔ Support our weekly ad changeover by working one overnight shift each week to ensure the store is ready for customers when the doors open.

What will you be doing?

• You will build rapport with customers.
• Display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language.
• Help customers with any questions they may have. If you aren’t able to answer their question, you will direct them to another team member who can.
• Stock product and maintain displays according to merchandising standards.
• Utilize technology to complete activities and tasks.
• This position is applicable to the following departments: Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.

This job has a step pay plan that generally starts between the rates below with raises occurring after predetermined hours worked. The actual rate offered will meet or surpass the legal wage requirement for the job's location.

$15.25 - $16.98
