Position Overview  

Our Distribution Center is the backbone of Kendra Scott, and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team!  The DC Associate provides 'WOW' customer service to all our customers by receiving and processing inbound cartons, picking and shipping beautifully wrapped product accurately and efficiently, and maintaining accurate inventory within the Distribution Center for a high-volume environment. Reporting to the Department Lead, the DC Associate will be trained in all areas of inbound and outbound distribution. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Pick product accurately utilizing guidance of WMS technology 

  • Pack orders in accordance with guidelines to deliver exceptional customer service 

  • Perform inventory maintenance tasks such as cycle counts and replenishments 

  • Process inbound cartons and perform slotting activities  

  • Assist with processing of inbound returned product from Wholesale, Retail, and Marketing channels 

  • Prepare outbound cartons for shipping and loading onto outbound trucks 

  • Prep carts, tables, and stations for daily workload 

  • Provide regular progress updates to the Department Lead 

  • Shift priorities as business dictates following guidance of leadership, often on short notice  

  • Create and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment 

  • Strive for consistent achievement of performance expectations, including established departmental KPI's 

  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment 

Our Ideal Candidate will have: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 

  • Distribution or retail experience preferred 

  • Positive attitude that is contagious to others 

  • Ability to multi-task effectively through strong time management skills 

  • Flexible availability for scheduling based on business needs 

  • Ability to lift 40-60 lbs 

  • HE certification or ability to be licensed 

  • Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time 

  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus 

  • A growth mindset: desire to learn, grow and embrace new ideas
