PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT: Sales of all agronomy components within the location.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Sales of Seed, Fertilizer, Crop Protection, R2G products, Aerial, Yield Advantage, Grid Sampling, Custom Application
Service and follow up after all sales
Year around Relationship building with the current and prospect customer base
Promotion of the Aurora Cooperative as a valued partner to the customer base
Inventory management of all products handled
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Seasonal in-field scouting and visibility on the farm to earn trust and credibility with the customer
REQUIREMENTS
Class A CDL
HazMat endorsement
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School diploma
Associates degree or higher preferred
2 years of sales experience preferred
