Overview:
The server is responsible for delivering food orders to guest rooms and providing exceptional service. This position will create memorable experiences for all guests enjoying the food and beverage experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Must have complete knowledge of service time, menu, and specials.
  • Prepare, deliver and service orders.
  • Always inquire if additional service is needed.
  • Responsible for each check.
  • Responsible for pick-up tables and trays.
  • Responsible for set-up, delivery and presentation of VIP amenity.
  • Responsible for hospitality set-up.
  • Must consult with supervisor on any food pick-up difficulty.
  • Complete all side duties as assigned.
  • Must minimize breakage.
  • Attend all designated staff meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:
  • Must have unexpired Food Handlers and TABC - or obtain upon hire.
  • Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in writing in English with guests, members, management and co-workers, both in person and by telephone.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and multi task.
  • Prior serving and cash handling experience preferred.
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends, and holidays.
    • Shift: Overnight
    • Target start date: Between the end of May and late July
  • MICROS Experience preferred.
