What You'll Do 

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients and addressing their needs. Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal functionality.


Basic Requirements (Required Skills/ Experience): 

  • 2+ years experience as a residential Service HVAC Technician 
  •  Ability to obtain EPA and Mech 4 with in 90 days for start date   
  • A clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform typical tasks associated with servicing HVAC systems


Compensation: Average $150k

Top Performers: $180k+

Compensation based on performance measured in metrics on monthly scorecards
