Description
Lead Case Manager for veterans residing in transitional housing
Essential Duties:
  • Complete intake/exit assessments, service/care plans, progress notes, case coordination notes, incident reports, and discharge summaries
  • Organize veteran classes/group work including life skills, employment skills, and community resource connection
  • Guide case management team for all veteran's programming and provide support for productive daily operations
  • Govern an organized bookkeeping system, provide reports regarding program activities, progress, and outcomes

Qualifications:
  • BSW
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working with veterans, unhoused, and chemically dependent populations is desired

Full-time, Mon-Fri, normal working hours, temporary-6 months.
Case Manager for client housing navigation and stabilization
Essential Duties:
  • Conduct housing pre-screening, intake, eligibility assessments
  • Assist clients in identifying, securing, and maintaining safe, affordable, permanent housing
  • Coordinate move-in logistics
  • Provide tenancy education, budgeting support, and financial coaching
  • Implement eviction prevention strategies and crisis intervention

Qualifications:

Shelter Program Director
Essential Duties:
  • Direct and develop shelter programs including emergency shelter, transitional housing, and permanent supportive housing.
  • Oversee support services, activities, classes, and advocacy efforts for shelter residents. Address emerging needs of shelter guests, emphasizing housing and economic justice. Provide de-escalation, crisis intervention, and conflict mediation as needed.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to program management staff. Ensure adequate staffing coverage, including after-hours and on-call support. Manage hiring, onboarding, training, supervision, and evaluation of shelter program staff.
  • Conduct occasional community outreach activities. Assist in budget development and management. Conduct facility tours and participate in seasonal and emergency disaster response training.

Qualifications:
  • MSW
  • Three years' experience in residential services
  • Three years' supervisory experience, strong management, supervision, and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of homelessness issues and residential facility operations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
