This role is essential to our relationship-driven approach to banking. You'll support daily transactions, answer client questions, and help connect individuals to the right financial solutions and team members.

What you'll do:

  • Greet clients and create a welcoming, professional first impression Conduct consultative conversations to understand financial goals
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions accurately and efficiently Process transactions accurately while maintaining regulatory compliance
  • Assist clients with questions and provide guidance on bank products and services
  • Balance daily transactions and maintain cash accuracy
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities to Relationship Bankers and other partners
  • Monitor for and report suspicious activity in accordance with bank policies
  • Resolve client concerns with professionalism and timeliness
  • Support drive-up, in-person, and phone interactions
  • Maintain compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures
