Step into a dynamic healthcare environment where your expertise in critical care nursing can make a meaningful impact. As a Registered Nurse with an ICU background, you'll collaborate with a team of dedicated medical professionals devoted to delivering top-tier care for patients requiring intensive monitoring and specialized interventions.
Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Current and unencumbered RN license, with ICU specialization
  • Proven experience working in Intensive Care Unit settings
  • Advanced knowledge of critical care protocols, ventilator management, and hemodynamic monitoring
  • Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication abilities
  • Ability to respond swiftly and appropriately in emergency situations
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and charting standards
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
Responsibilities:
  • Care for acutely or critically ill patients, providing continuous monitoring and rapid interventions as needed
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and intravenous therapy
  • Accurately assess patient status, develop nursing care plans, and document findings
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and families regarding procedures, recovery, and ongoing care needs
  • Maintain a sterile and safe environment, adhering to established infection control and safety protocols
  • Contribute to patient rounds, shift reports, and team meetings

$2,025 - $2,203/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
