Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee commercial construction projects with a focus on automotive dealerships
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and construction regulations
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership and clients
  • Identify and resolve project-related issues proactively
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously, primarily from the office (~90% of the time)
  • Possess significant, "hands-on" experience in commercial construction, with a deep, practical understanding of the actual construction process.
  • Demonstrated history of working extensively on job sites and being directly involved in construction execution.
  • Proven ability to effectively lead, manage, and direct Construction Superintendents and site-based teams.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial construction
  • 5+ years of experience in a project management role
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and best practices
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software
