Imagine stepping into a role that's not merely a job opportunity but a transformative journey-one that empowers you to practice compassionate, community-oriented medicine while establishing roots in one of the most vibrant and welcoming cities in the Northeast. In Buffalo, where historical architecture meets a thriving arts scene and Lake Erie sparkles in the distance, a fulfilling future awaits you.

  • Address chronic conditions, preventive care, acute medical issues, and mental health challenges with a patient-centric methodology.
  • Perform physical examinations, interpret diagnostic results, and create individualized treatment approaches.
  • Work collaboratively with care teams, behavioral health specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives aimed at elevating patient outcomes and operational standards.
  • Leverage electronic medical records (EMR) to keep accurate and current patient information.
  • Provide care through in-person visits as well as virtual platforms to best meet individual patient needs.
Education Requirements
  • MD or DO from a properly accredited medical institution.
  • Completion of a residency in Family Medicine from an accredited program.
Certifications
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine.
  • Eligibility for (or current possession of) an active New York medical license.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
Skills and Experience
  • Exceptional diagnostic and clinical abilities with a strong focus on preventive and proactive healthcare.
  • Familiarity with value-based care models and enthusiasm for ongoing professional development.
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Proficiency in using EMRs and telemedicine technologies.
  • A passionate commitment to providing inclusive, compassionate care to diverse communities.
Benefits
  • Attractive base salary complemented by productivity bonuses and a signing incentive.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Generous paid time off and holiday leave.
  • Continuing medical education (CME) support and compensated CME time.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
  • A nurturing, physician-led culture focused on your professional growth and personal welfare.
  • Possibilities for equity in the practice and avenues for leadership development.
  • A cutting-edge clinic environment backed by a dedicated administrative and technology team.
