Job description

Now Hiring: Baker / Pastry Chef

Do you believe butter makes everything better? Do you get irrationally excited about a perfectly laminated croissant, a glossy ganache, or a tray of cookies coming out of the oven?

We’re looking for a talented Baker/Pastry Chef to bring creativity, skill, and a whole lot of deliciousness to our kitchen.

This isn’t just a “make muffins and call it a day” position. We’re looking for someone who can help create memorable desserts, fresh-baked breads, pastries, and specialty treats that make people stop mid-bite and say, “Okay… who made this?”

What You’ll Do
  • Create and prepare fresh breads, pastries, desserts, cookies, cakes, and other baked goods
  • Bring new ideas and seasonal creations to the table
  • Help develop menus and special event offerings
  • Maintain high standards for quality, consistency, presentation, and food safety
  • Keep the bakery organized, stocked, and running smoothly
  • Occasionally accept the fact that people will follow the smell of your baking directly into the kitchen
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in baking, pastry, or culinary arts
  • A strong understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and production
  • Creativity and an eye for presentation
  • The ability to work independently while still being a great teammate
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Someone who takes pride in making food that looks as good as it tastes
Why You’ll Love It Here

You’ll have the opportunity to put your own creative stamp on the menu, experiment with new ideas, and make a real impact on the dining experience. From everyday favorites to over-the-top desserts and special events, there’s plenty of room to create something memorable.

We also offer flexible scheduling and competitive pay—because great work deserves flexibility and great people deserve to be rewarded.

If you’re ready to turn flour, butter, sugar, and creativity into the best part of someone’s day—we want to hear from you.

Apply today and come make something amazing.
