Experienced Private-Duty CNA — Independent Contractor Referrals

Referral rates starting at $22.00 per hour
Overnight differential and enhanced holiday rates


Rachel’s Homecare Connection is a Florida-licensed nurse registry (NR # 30213122) connecting experienced, dependable CNAs with private-pay clients who value quality, one-on-one care.


We are looking for CNAs who are comfortable working independently and who provide care with professionalism, compassion, emotional awareness, and respect for each client’s dignity and personal environment.


We value caregivers who bring patience, attentiveness, integrity, and a calming presence into the home, and who understand the importance of building trust with both clients and families.
