Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist mechanics and customers in selecting and purchasing needed parts and supplies.
  • Track all incoming and outgoing parts efficiently.
  • Issue parts and accessories to mechanics from the parts counter.
  • Source the best prices for parts using phone and internet resources.
  • Provide delivery service for parts orders using the company truck.
  • Maintain an attractive display of seasonal parts and accessories.
  • Organize files, reference books, and other paperwork related to the parts counter.
  • Manage the customer backorder file and master parts/price book.
  • Process and file repair orders accurately.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Parts counter/dealership experience is required.
  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is preferred.
  • A friendly and customer-focused personality is a must!
  • Proficiency in computers and dealership systems.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background check, MVR, and drug screen).
