Job description

Registered Nurse (RN) Position

Location: Corporate Office / Onsite Wellness Clinic Schedule: Part-time (20 hours/week; 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday) About the Role Ramp Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-touch, high-tech population health program embedded directly in the workplace. This role is ideal for an RN who is passionate about preventive care, early intervention, and proactive health engagement, and who wants to make a measurable impact on workforce health, safety, and well-being. As the onsite RN, you will serve as a trusted clinical resource for employees, providing accessible care, health screenings, vaccinations, condition management support, and care coordination, while collaborating closely with Health & Wellness Coaches, Registered Dietitians, and Ramp Health's digital platform to deliver truly integrated care.

What You'll Do

Onsite Clinical Care & Care Coordination

  • Provide first aid and triage for minor workplace illnesses, injuries, and acute symptoms
  • Reduce non-emergent ER and urgent care utilization through early intervention and appropriate referrals
  • Guide employees in navigating primary care, benefits, and preventive services

Biometric Screenings & Preventive Services

  • Conduct onsite biometric screenings (fingerstick bloodwork, blood pressure, body composition, etc.)
  • Review results with participants and collaborate on personalized action plans
  • Administer vaccinations (e.g., flu and travel vaccines as applicable)
  • Support preventive care campaigns and seasonal health initiatives

Condition Management & Health Education

  • Provide education and support for chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia
  • Support medication adherence, including GLP-1 and weight-management–related care pathways
  • Reinforce lifestyle and risk-reduction strategies in partnership with Coaches and Registered Dietitians
  • Deliver participant-centered education that empowers individuals to take ownership of their health

Interdisciplinary Team Collaboration

  • Work as part of an integrated care team with Health Coaches, Registered Dietitians, and Ramp Health clinical leadership
  • Contribute to coordinated care plans and shared goals across disciplines
  • Document encounters and insights in Ramp Health's secure digital health platform

Data-Driven Population Health Support

  • Support Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) and ongoing risk monitoring
  • Contribute to aggregate insights that inform population health strategies and preventive programming
  • Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and data security standards at all times

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
  • 3+ years of nursing experience (occupational health, primary care, community health preferred)
  • Experience with biometric screenings, vaccinations, and preventive care
  • Comfort working independently as part of an interdisciplinary care team in an onsite workplace clinic environment
  • Proficiency with digital documentation and health platforms

Current CPR/BLS certification Preferred Experience

  • Occupational or workplace health experience
  • Chronic condition management or population health experience
  • Familiarity with wellness programs, coaching models, or employer-sponsored health initiatives
