Job Description
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Laarnie Soma - State Farm Agent, you will help us deliver the kind of insurance experience people remember for the right reasons. This is a hands on role where you support clients, keep service running smoothly, and help our team stay one step ahead. If you have a strong work ethic, love helping people, and enjoy being the person customers can count on, you’ll fit right in.
In this role, you will support policy recommendations based on what clients actually need, handle inquiries with professionalism, coordinate with the team to maintain smooth workflows, and assist with the details that make our agency great. Plus, this is a career path, not a dead end. We look for customer focused, results driven people and we plan to grow with motivated, sales minded team members.
