Brian and his father Phil have partnered their agencies to combine for a large, powerful presence in the local community which offers our team more sales opportunities than the average insurance agency.
We are looking for a smart, motivated and dedicated individual who is not afraid to learn and grow.
This position will have a focus on sales, working provided leads and referrals generated by candidate.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Proactively reach out to and to prospective clients by phone, text and email
  • Consult customers with financial planning and insurance options
  • Assist customers with insurance needs
  • Stay current with market trends and product offerings
  • Consistently achieve sales targets while adhering to ethical standards

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance and financial services
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-Driven and goal-oriented
  • Must be able to obtain WA state insurance licenses
