As our Growth & Demand Generation (B2B) Manager, you'll own the engine that drives qualified pipeline and revenue across a global B2B portfolio. Sitting within a global marketing team, this role blends strategy, digital performance, and commercial impact at scale. You'll lead multi-market demand programs, empower regional teams, and turn data into measurable growth. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with real influence on how we grow worldwide.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead scalable, full-funnel demand generation strategies aligned to global business objectives
Provide strategic direction to regional brand teams on campaign execution and channel activation
Design and manage multi-brand, multi-market digital campaigns across paid search, social, programmatic, email, and web
Oversee paid media performance with a focus on MQL/SQL generation, pipeline acceleration, and ROI
Drive continuous optimisation through testing, learning, and best-practice sharing
Partner with digital experience teams to improve website conversion journeys across brands
Lead CRO initiatives using A/B testing, behavioural analytics, and personalisation
Architect marketing automation and lead nurture programs aligned to buyer journeys and sales priorities
Align with sales and brand stakeholders on lead stages, scoring models, and campaign handovers
Own digital pipeline reporting, dashboards, attribution, and data governance
Develop and oversee local SEO strategies in collaboration with global SEO leadership
Align organic social and content strategies with paid and owned channel objectives
Act as a centre of excellence for growth and demand generation across markets and brands
Lead, coach, and develop direct and indirect teams across automation, paid media, SEO, CRO, and digital execution
Establish clear goals, KPIs, and performance standards to foster a high-performing culture

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years' experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing within service or hybrid tech-service organisations
5+ years in a marketing leadership role, ideally in a shared services or multi-brand environment
Proven expertise across paid digital channels, automation platforms, and performance analytics tools
Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, lead scoring, and lifecycle optimisation
Demonstrated experience owning and reporting on marketing-attributed pipeline and ROI
Ability to work effectively across time zones, cultures, and senior stakeholders
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Digital Marketing
