Marketing Specialist

P3 Services

Hockley, TX • On-site

$75K - $85K/yr

Job description

Position Overview

P3 Services is a home services holding company operating across eight states. As the Western Region Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for lead volume across a portfolio of businesses in Washington, Colorado, and Texas. Not one brand in one market. Multiple companies, multiple markets, with a dedicated team behind you owning their piece of the channel mix.

The role runs on two tracks. The first is analytical: daily performance pulls, trend identification, channel monitoring, and knowing before anyone else when something is off. The second is relational: translating that data into clear recommendations and showing up to OpCo conversations as a trusted marketing partner, not just a report.

You’ll work within a structured, high-visibility team that values independent thinking and direct communication. Autonomy is real here. So is accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Monitor daily lead performance across your OpCos by source, flag anomalies early, and identify which companies need the most attention each day.
  • Prepare and present at the weekly OpCo Lead Review, covering leads, spend, booked jobs, booking rate, revenue, and ROAS.
  • Facilitate monthly performance reviews for priority OpCos and produce monthly summary communications for others, with quarterly check-ins.

OpCo Relationship Management

  • Serve as the day-to-day marketing point of contact for Western Region OpCo leadership and office teams.
  • Translate marketing performance data into plain-language insights and actionable recommendations for non-marketing audiences.
  • Set and maintain clear communication boundaries with OpCo staff, with support from the Marketing Manager as needed.
  • Bring data and a recommendation to every OpCo conversation. Status updates alone are not sufficient.

Channel Coordination and Campaign Support

  • Monitor performance across paid and organic channels including Google Ads, LSA, Yelp, Angi, Meta, and direct mail, coordinating with channel specialists to address gaps and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with SEO specialists on content priorities, keyword targeting, and organic lead performance.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal team members to ensure timely execution of campaigns and initiatives.

Investigative and Strategic Work

  • Conduct deeper investigative work: competitive research, customer experience, and website and content analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for channel reallocation, budget adjustments, or new initiatives and bring recommendations to the team review.
  • Support larger cross-functional initiatives and projects as needed.
  • Stay current on platform updates and industry trends that affect home services marketing performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in home services (plumbing, HVAC, electrical) or 5+ years in local or multi-location marketing with demonstrated results.
  • Proven ability to work across a portfolio of brands or locations simultaneously, each with its own market dynamics and stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, LSA, Yelp, Angi, and Meta as performance channels; experience monitoring and interpreting paid media results.
  • Experience with SEO fundamentals, local search, and collaboration with SEO specialists or agencies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, flag anomalies, and connect data to business outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and recommendations clearly to non-marketing audiences including OpCo GMs and office leads.
  • Self-directed and comfortable working independently in a structured, remote environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple OpCos and initiatives without being told what to prioritize.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

Preferred

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan, including pulling Campaign Summary Reports and interpreting booking rate and lead data by business unit.
  • Experience with project management platforms (Smartsheet, Asana, or similar).

What Success Looks Like

  • OpCo leads are at or above target across all sources, month over month.
  • Issues are identified and escalated before they are raised externally.
  • OpCo conversations are grounded in data with a clear recommendation attached.
  • Monthly performance reviews are prepared, reviewed, and delivered on schedule.
  • The Marketing Manager has clear, current visibility into Western Region performance at all times.
