We are seeking a performance and growth marketing Associate with deep expertise in search, content strategy, and conversion optimization to drive scalable digital growth. This role will lead acquisition across paid and organic search, while advancing KKR's visibility in emerging AI-driven discovery environments.

The role will partner closely with Marketing, Content, Web Product, and Analytics teams to develop and execute strategies across SEO, paid search, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). This individual will be responsible for optimizing the full digital funnel from search visibility through conversion while leveraging data, experimentation, and modern AI-enabled capabilities.

We are looking for a strategic and hands on expert with strong analytical rigor, a deep understanding of search ecosystems, and a forward-looking perspective on how AI is transforming digital discovery and engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute integrated digital acquisition strategies across paid search, organic search, and AI-driven discovery platforms.
  • Own paid search (SEM/PPC) programs across platforms such as Google Ads, including campaign development, budget management, and performance optimization.
  • Lead SEO strategy, including keyword research, technical optimization, on-page improvements, and content gap analysis to drive high-intent organic traffic.
  • Advance Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) efforts to improve visibility in featured snippets, knowledge panels, and zero-click search experiences.
  • Develop and implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to enhance presence across AI-powered platforms (e.g., Google AI Overviews, Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot).
  • Partner with content and editorial teams to develop and optimize high-quality, authoritative content aligned to search intent and AI retrieval.
  • Drive content optimization initiatives to improve discoverability, engagement, and performance across digital channels.
  • Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives, including A/B and multivariate testing of landing pages, forms, and user journeys.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI and product teams to enhance digital experiences and improve conversion performance.
  • Define KPIs and performance benchmarks across acquisition channels and optimization initiatives.
  • Stay current on industry trends across search, AI, and digital marketing, and evaluate new opportunities for growth.
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors to support execution and extend capabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital acquisition, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
  • Deep expertise in paid search platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) and performance optimization.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, technical SEO, and content-driven organic growth strategies.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization, experimentation, and landing page optimization.
  • Familiarity with AEO and emerging GEO/AI-driven search optimization approaches.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush (or similar tools), and attribution platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing ROI across channels.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with AI-powered search platforms and LLM optimization strategies.
  • Background in financial services, asset management, or B2B marketing.
  • Experience working in regulated environments with compliance requirements.
  • Certifications in Google Ads or related platforms.
