Department: Student Accessibility Services (SAS)

Job Summary

Assist with administration of exams for students with disabilities. Monitor students during testing to prevent cheating and ensure an orderly, safe, and fair environment. This is a part-time position that coincides with student testing schedules, including weekend availability.

Job Duties:

Proctor exams.
Read or scribe for students as needed.
Maintain quiet atmosphere for testing.
Maintain security of all testing materials, test logs, and other test documents.
Monitor students during testing to ensure a secure testing environment.
Return testing materials to the appropriate instructor as noted on Proctor Instruction form.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED 

 

Additional Skills Requested:

Self-confident, impartial, and good decision making skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evening and weekend assignments.
