About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated SEO & GEO Specialist to help drive our digital discoverability across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search experiences.

As search continues to evolve beyond Google rankings into AI-generated answers, this role will play a critical part in ensuring our content is visible, cited, and recommended across platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and other Large Language Model (LLM)-powered search experiences.

Working closely with Product Marketing, Brand, Content, Web, and Analytics teams, you will develop and execute SEO and GEO strategies that increase organic visibility, improve AI citations, strengthen topical authority, and support business growth.

This position is ideal for someone passionate about the future of search who enjoys combining data analysis, technical SEO, content strategy, and AI-driven optimization.


Responsibilities
Search & AI Visibility Strategy
  • Develop and execute SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and AI Search Optimization (AISO) strategies that improve discoverability across traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms.
  • Lead increased brand visibility, citations, and answer inclusion across AI experiences including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews.
  • Identify high-value keyword and prompt opportunities based on customer search behavior and AI-generated search trends relative to Keysight focus area.
  • Develop content optimization roadmaps that improve topical authority and search performance.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Brand, Web, and Content teams to optimize existing content and develop new content aligned with SEO and AI search best practices.
  • Recommend improvements that increase content clarity, authority, citation potential, and answer relevance.
  • Collaborate on AI content gap analyses and competitive research to identify opportunities for new pages, FAQs, comparison pages, technical articles, and educational content.
Analytics & Performance Measurement
  • Monitor and analyze organic search performance, keyword rankings, AI citations, share of voice, website traffic, and conversion metrics.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that measure SEO and GEO performance.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve discoverability and business outcomes.
  • Track emerging AI search metrics and recommend new KPIs as search behavior evolves.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Serve as an internal SEO and GEO subject matter expert for marketing and product teams.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to identify high-value customer questions and AI search prompts that should be addressed through content.
  • Collaborate with Brand teams to ensure messaging aligns with search optimization opportunities.
  • Work closely with analytics, web, and technical teams to prioritize optimization initiatives.
  • Share SEO and GEO best practices across marketing organizations and collaborate with divisional SEO leads to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
  • Stay current with developments in search engine algorithms, AI-powered search experiences, and Large Language Models.
  • Evaluate new tools, technologies, and methodologies related to SEO, GEO, AI search, and content optimization.
  • Design and execute experiments to improve AI citations, answer visibility, and organic performance.
  • Identify emerging risks and opportunities within the rapidly evolving AI search landscape.
