Job description

Position Highlights
  • Develop and manage strategic business plans in collaboration with the General Manager to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new and existing clients; consistently prospect and replenish accounts.
  • Design and present custom multimedia marketing campaigns using Radio, SEM, SEO, Display, and Social Media solutions.
  • Conduct client needs assessments and account reviews to uncover key objectives and provide tailored solutions.
  • Present compelling proposals, proof of performance, and ROI to drive client satisfaction and renewals.
  • Coordinate with traffic and production teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns.
  • Participate in community events and represent Forcht Broadcasting at local networking functions.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, including digital certification programs provided by the Radio Advertising Bureau (RAB).

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of direct B2B sales experience, preferably in media, advertising, or digital marketing.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts independently.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills-both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of radio and digital marketing best practices preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, broadcasting, or a related field is a plus-but not required.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the Central Kentucky region.
