LeadVenture is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our growing team! Are you a proactive, entrepreneurial individual who thrives on building meaningful relationships? If so, this could be a great fit. In this fast-paced role, you'll focus heavily on high-volume outreach, including prospecting and cold calling, while gathering valuable customer insights. You'll serve as the first point of contact between potential clients and our sales team, playing a key role in driving new business opportunities.
We're looking for motivated, driven individuals who are eager to succeed, ready to jump into a sales environment, and excited to contribute to our continued growth.

You'll thrive in this role if you have:
  • 2+ years proven track record of generating leads, or related work experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a CRM or specifically in Salesforce
  • Lead generation/cold calling experience
  • Associates degree preferred (But not required)
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to hand-off of Territory Manager.
  • Able to excel in a high-volume work environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated business acumen with small business owners.
  • Plus: Experience with Digital Marketing products: SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, etc.

  • Base Salary of $40,000 plus commission, with On Target Earnings up to $55,000 a year.
