A-ONE Gold & Diamonds is seeking a creative, results-driven, and organized Social Media Manager to lead the company's digital marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for growing the A-ONE brand across all digital platforms, increasing brand awareness, generating qualified wholesale leads, managing paid advertising campaigns, improving online visibility through SEO, and supporting business growth through innovative marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's overall social media strategy.
  • Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and the founder's personal brand.
  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage the social media content calendar and ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers to create high-quality content.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Create and manage lead generation, conversion, retargeting, and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, including ad spend, Cost per Lead (CPL), CTR, ROAS, and other key marketing metrics.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, product pages, blogs, metadata, and images.
  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other reporting tools.
  • Oversee CRM lead management to ensure all leads are properly tracked, assigned, and followed up.
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and customer onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the TikTok Live team to increase engagement, brand awareness, and qualified lead generation.
  • Build and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and strategic partners.
  • Respond promptly to customer comments, messages, and inquiries across all social media platforms.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance across social media, paid advertising, SEO, website traffic, and lead generation.
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports with insights and recommendations to improve performance.
  • Continuously identify new digital marketing opportunities, tools, and strategies to support company growth.

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a related role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and SEO best practices.
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and CRM systems.
  • Strong copywriting, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience in e-commerce, wholesale, retail, or the jewelry industry is an advantage.
