Leveraging millimeter wave drilling, developed after more than a decade of research at MIT, Quaise's mission is to make superhot geothermal a backbone of the modern energy system, offering affordable, zero-carbon power and true energy independence for communities and nations everywhere.

The Director, Digital Marketing & Web Strategy will lead Quaise's digital marketing ecosystem, website strategy, digital engagement initiatives, and marketing operations infrastructure to strengthen brand visibility, stakeholder engagement, and organizational growth. This role will oversee the development and optimization of digital platforms, campaigns, analytics, SEO strategy, content performance, and user experience initiatives that support commercialization, recruiting, investor engagement, industry visibility, and corporate communications objectives.

Working closely with Marketing & Communications, investor-facing teams, recruiting, technical teams, and executive leadership, the Director will develop and execute scalable digital strategies that improve audience engagement, strengthen digital brand presence, optimize performance metrics, and support Quaise's long-term strategic objectives.

Additional responsibilities include managing digital vendors and platforms, supporting cross-functional collaboration, identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement, and advancing initiatives that strengthen Quaise's digital presence and operational effectiveness.

Digital Strategy & Marketing Operations

  • Develop and execute Quaise's digital marketing and web strategy to support brand visibility, stakeholder engagement, commercialization efforts, recruiting initiatives, and long-term growth objectives.
  • Lead the strategy, architecture, governance, optimization, and ongoing evolution of Quaise's website and digital ecosystem.
  • Build scalable digital marketing operations, analytics, reporting, and campaign infrastructure that support organizational growth and data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and manage SEO, SEM, digital advertising, content distribution, and audience engagement strategies across digital channels.
  • Oversee digital performance measurement and reporting, including website analytics, campaign metrics, conversion optimization, engagement tracking, and audience insights.
  • Evaluate and implement digital platforms, automation tools, AI-enabled workflows, CRM integrations, and marketing technologies that improve operational efficiency and digital effectiveness.

Website, Content & User Experience

  • Partner closely with Communications, Creative, Recruiting, Investor Relations, and technical teams to ensure alignment across digital content, messaging, branding, and user experience initiatives.
  • Lead development and optimization of digital content strategies that strengthen stakeholder engagement, search visibility, technical storytelling, and audience conversion.
  • Ensure consistency across digital branding, accessibility standards, governance policies, content architecture, and user experience best practices.
  • Translate complex technical, scientific, and commercial concepts into engaging digital experiences and audience-focused content strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation

Education and Experience

  • Experience within energy, infrastructure, advanced technology, engineering, climate tech, or other technically complex industries strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading website strategy, digital engagement initiatives, SEO optimization, analytics programs, and digital campaign execution.
  • Experience supporting high-growth organizations, commercialization initiatives, or multi-stakeholder communications environments preferred.

Physical requirements

  • This role requires prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
