We are searching for candidates that meet the required qualifications and experience and are able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities.
Job Summary:
Support marketing and web communications efforts by analyzing website performance and user behavior to inform strategic improvements. Play a key part in enhancing the effectiveness of the college's digital platforms by providing actionable insights that support student engagement, accessibility, and institutional goals.
Required Qualifications:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Analyze website performance, user behavior, and engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage and maintain web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Looker Studio to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate user journeys across key student pathways, including admissions, financial aid, and academic programs, to identify barriers to task completion.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve website usability, navigation, and content effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with web communications team to prioritize and implement data-informed content updates.
  • Partner with the Digital Communications team to support improvements in usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
  • Utilize user behavior tools such as Microsoft Clarity to analyze interaction patterns and identify usability issues.
  • Conduct keyword research and support search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve discoverability of programs and services.
  • Support A/B testing and optimization efforts to evaluate the effectiveness of website changes and digital campaigns.
  • Measure and report on the impact of website updates and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support digital marketing and communication strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and institutional standards related to digital communications and data usage.

Physical Demands, Working Conditions and Physical Effort

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in analytics, marketing, communications, computer science, or a related field from an accredited institution and two (2) years of experience in digital analytics, web analytics, or a related field.
