Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated SEO Manager, GEO & AI Search who combines strong SEO expertise with a passion for AI-enabled marketing operations. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day SEO and GEO initiatives while actively leveraging and improving AI-assisted workflows that drive efficiency, scalability, and performance. 

The ideal candidate understands both traditional search optimization and the evolving impact of AI search experiences, zero-click discovery, and AI-generated answers. They are comfortable working alongside AI agents, using structured prompt frameworks, and helping identify opportunities for workflow automation while maintaining human accountability and quality standards.  

Responsibilities 

  • Conduct keyword research, keyword listening, competitive analysis, and search-intent research. 
  • Develop recommendations for technical SEO, on-page SEO, content optimization, and site architecture improvements. 
  • Support GEO, AEO, and AI visibility optimization initiatives. 
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies that align with client business objectives. 
  • Develop and manage link-building, digital PR, and authority-building initiatives. 
  • Build client-facing reports and provide strategic insights and recommendations. 
  • Monitor and analyze SEO, GEO, and AI visibility performance metrics. 
  • Stay current on search engine algorithms, AI search trends, and emerging optimization techniques. 
  • Use AI agents and AI-assisted workflows to support keyword research, technical audits, metadata generation, content optimization, reporting, and competitive intelligence. 
  • Contribute to reusable prompt libraries, workflow templates, QA checklists, and process documentation. 
  • Identify repetitive SEO tasks that may benefit from automation or agent-assisted execution. 
  • Assist with testing, validating, and improving AI-enabled workflows and outputs. 
  • Ensure all AI-assisted outputs are reviewed for quality, accuracy, compliance, and client appropriateness before delivery. 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, Communications, or related field. 
  • 4-6 years of SEO experience, preferably agency-side. 
  • Strong knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, analytics, and search performance measurement. 
  • Familiarity with GEO, AEO, AI Overviews, and AI search ecosystems. 
  • Experience with enterprise SEO platforms such as BrightEdge, Conductor, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Lumar/Deepcrawl, or equivalent. 
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics, or similar. 
  • Experience using AI tools, prompt engineering, or workflow automation to improve productivity. 
  • Understanding of human-in-the-loop quality assurance and responsible AI use. 
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
