We are looking for a Marketing Manager to help shape, organize, and execute marketing efforts that support growth, sales effectiveness, and brand consistency across our business.
The Role
The Marketing Manager will lead and coordinate AGI Industries, Inc's marketing strategy and execution across all business units. This role partners closely with executive leadership, sales leaders, product managers, vendors, and external agencies to ensure marketing initiatives are practical, aligned, and results-driven.
This is a hands-on role - ideal for someone who can think strategically, manage priorities, and turn plans into action.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with company goals
  • Translate leadership priorities into actionable marketing initiatives
  • Evaluate marketing investments based on impact and ROI

Sales Enablement & Product Marketing
  • Partner with sales teams to develop tools that support selling efforts
  • Coordinate product launches, campaigns, and vendor marketing initiatives
  • Oversee creation of sales collateral, presentations, and digital assets

Digital Marketing & Brand Management
  • Own AGI's website content and structure in coordination with internal teams and external partners
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts (email campaigns, SEO/SEM, paid media, analytics)
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials

Vendor & Agency Management
  • Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors
  • Coordinate vendor co-op marketing programs and compliance
  • Track marketing budgets and campaign performance

Reporting & Performance
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide leadership insights
  • Continuously refine strategies based on results and business needs

Requirements
What We're Looking For
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or industrial environments
  • Experience supporting sales teams with marketing tools and initiatives
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred
  • Experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing, or technical markets
  • Familiarity with vendor co-op marketing programs
