Each brand has access to a deep community of experts, tools and resources to grow their practices, and an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality consumer healthcare experiences at scale.
As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth we are very pleased to offer a new opportunity to join our dedicated team as a AI SEO Marketing Specialist.
Job Description:
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven AI SEO Marketing Specialist to lead organic search initiatives that drive patient acquisition and support sustainable growth. In this role, you will own SEO and AI search strategies end-to-end - from technical site health and local listing management to content optimization and performance analysis. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Content teams to embed search best practices across the organization and translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights. This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact at the intersection of search, AI, and growth in a fast-moving healthcare environment.
AI/SEO/Optimization & Analysis
  • Lead SEO/AIO strategies to drive high-value patient acquisition and improve organic visibility across the website.
  • Conduct ongoing keyword and content gap analysis to uncover optimization opportunities and inform content development.
  • Analyze organic search performance to identify technical issues, ranking opportunities, and areas for improvement in site structure, content, and crawlability.
  • Monitor site health including indexation, crawl behavior, and the SEO impact of web tests or site changes and report actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Development teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded from design through launch and that enhancements support long-term search performance.
  • Manage local listings and oversee testing, deployment, and scaling of AI-driven content strategies; maintain Local SEO hygiene across location profiles including accuracy, consistency, and completeness of business information; and support measurement of how location-level visibility and engagement signals contribute to the impact of broader location efforts.
  • Analyze website performance and user behavior using analytics tools to identify friction points, conversion drop-offs, and opportunities to optimize the user experience.

Growth Strategy & Impact Measurement
  • Evaluate how website and SEO initiatives contribute to broader growth and acquisition goals.
  • Quantify the business impact of testing, site changes, and new feature rollouts.
  • Identify patterns in user behavior that inform future growth opportunities.
  • Translate SEO and AI performance signals into clear, accessible insights that equip stakeholders with the context needed to support forward progress on organic growth goals
  • Track and communicate the performance of SEO and AI search initiatives - including rankings, visibility, and engagement trends - to guide ongoing optimization and demonstrate contribution to appointment growth.

Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related field, with demonstrated ability to manage and execute across multiple workstreams independently.
  • Solid understanding of technical SEO fundamentals including crawlability, indexation, site architecture, and schema markup.
  • Experience with Local SEO at scale, including multi-location listing management, citation hygiene, and Google Business Profile optimization.
  • Familiarity with AI search landscape developments (AI Overviews, SGE, AIO) and comfort applying AI prompting techniques to support content, research, and workflow efficiency.
  • Proficiency in SEMRush for keyword research, competitive analysis, and site auditing; Google Analytics and Google Search Console for performance analysis and opportunity identification.
  • Working knowledge of Contentful or a comparable CMS, with the ability to navigate content workflows and support SEO-aligned content updates.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for cross-functional partners.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively across teams.

Annual Salary Range: $75,000-$90,000/year, with a generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with match.
