Job description

Position Summary
My Senior Health Plan, a leader in the Medicare B2C space for nearly 20 years, is seeking a strategic, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and qualified Medicare lead generation.
This role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid media, email, social media, website, SEO, content marketing, and marketing automation. The Digital Marketing Manager will serve as the primary owner of HubSpot Marketing Hub, overseeing campaign execution, lead nurturing, reporting, and marketing automation.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with experience using data to improve marketing performance in a healthcare, insurance, or other highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that support business growth and enrollment goals.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
  • Own and optimize HubSpot Marketing Hub, including workflows, email campaigns, landing pages, lead scoring, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Drive lead generation through conversion optimization, marketing automation, and nurturing campaigns.
  • Oversee website content, SEO, user experience, and ongoing optimization.
  • Lead content marketing initiatives, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, videos, webinars, and educational resources.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance using KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Executive Leadership to improve lead quality and marketing effectiveness.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with CMS, HIPAA, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and marketing technology partners.
Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • 3+ years managing marketing automation and lead generation programs.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub or a comparable marketing automation platform.
  • Experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns and marketing budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing data to drive business decisions.

Preferred
  • Experience in Medicare, healthcare, insurance, or another regulated industry.
  • HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise Certification.
  • Google Ads Certification.
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), WordPress, SEO/SEM tools, attribution reporting, and AI-powered marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of CMS Medicare marketing guidelines.
