Overview

Position Summary 

The SEO Senior Associate leads SEO campaigns engagements and while supporting the overall strategic approach as it relates to client goals. You will report to the Account Associate Director. 

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. This job is open to candidates who are willing to work out of our Philadelphia or New York offices. 

Responsibilities 

Knowledge 

  • Knowledge of the fundamentals of SEO and can easily explain concepts to our teams, partners, and clients 

  • Understand client brand goals, and how SEO can improve and support tactics. 

  • Continue to learn and apply basic media and creative principles 

Internal: Operations, Tactics and Strategy 

  • Responsible for daily management, execution and monitoring of SEO engagements 

  • Train and mentor associates on SEO best practices 

  • Stay up to date on current search engine updates and guidelines, and communicates changes internally and externally 

  • Organize and manage SEO accounts to ensure recommendations and measurement work are aligned with our goals 

  • Plan recommendation roadmap for campaign success 

  • Delegates and prioritizes assignments to internal SEO team members 

  • Maintain performance reports and analysis of success of SEO campaigns 

  • Support account planning process 

Client Relationship 

  • Attend client status calls and provide follow-up 

  • Manage SEO deliverables and communicates campaign approach, program details and success metrics 

  • Deliver and present all SEO documentation and recommendations to client in a customized fashion 

Requirements 

  • 2-4 years direct SEO or digital marketing experience 

  • Experience customizing communication to the required audience type 

  • Can take initial direction, then transition to a more independent work style accompanied by upper-level oversight 

  • Exhibits Self Development 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Compensation Range: $62,000.00 - $82,000.00 annually.  This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
