POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Digital Experience Senior Coordinator provides an outstanding fan experience through our digital products and platforms. The Senior Coordinator will support and execute content publishing, digital asset management, SEO optimization, and fan engagement initiatives for the Philadelphia 76ers and across some of HBSE's other digital platforms. This role sits at the intersection of the digital marketing and digital product teams, ensuring fans receive timely, engaging, and optimized experiences across our websites, mobile applications, email communications, and paid media promotional campaigns.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, digitally savvy, and passionate about creating/writing and delivering compelling content experiences that grow audience engagement and support business objectives.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED, TO THE BELOW:

Digital Publishing & Management

  • Execute day-to-day content publishing across the Philadelphia 76ers website and mobile application, with the opportunity to extend support to additional HBSE digital properties.
  • Publish articles, videos, photos, landing pages, promotional content, and special feature modules using content management systems.
  • Coordinate the collection, organization, and deployment of digital assets including graphics, videos, banners, sponsorship creative, and promotional materials.
  • Partner with Creative, Marketing, Content, Sponsorship, and Sales teams to ensure assets are delivered accurately and on schedule.
  • Ensure promotional assets are consistently deployed across websites, mobile applications, email campaigns, and other digital touchpoints.
  • Monitor and analyze content, website, app, and campaign performance; develop recurring reports and actionable insights to optimize fan engagement, content effectiveness, and overall digital performance.

SEO & Content Optimization

  • Utilize SEO/AEO/GEO platforms and analytics tools to optimize content discoverability and search performance; ensure web content remains mobile-friendly, accessible, and optimized across devices and platforms.
  • Implement keyword recommendations, metadata enhancements, and technical content improvements identified through SEO tools.
  • Partner with Content, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure all digital content follows SEO best practice and emerging AEO guidelines.
  • Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve organic traffic, search rankings, and audience engagement.

Digital Content Production & Curation

  • Create and package 76ers video playlists, highlights, and feature content to maximize fan engagement, primarily using WSC Sports content creation and management platform.
  • Develop, edit, and proofread digital content including 76ers website and app copy, promotional messaging, email content, and campaign assets. Contribute to copy efforts across all HBSE teams and venues, as needed.
  • Collaborate with Content teams on editorial planning and publication scheduling. Support incremental written content development based on departmental needs, skillset, and interest.
  • Maintain publishing calendars and work closely with team & venue Content teams to ensure timely execution of content launches and promotional campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of post-graduate experience in digital content management, content marketing, digital media, sports marketing, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience working with content management systems (CMS), including platforms such as WordPress or similar solutions.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and experience using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and digital performance reporting.
  • Experience working with video content platforms, including WSC Sports or similar video management solutions, is preferred.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, proofreading, and content development skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced sports and entertainment environment.
  • Passion for sports, entertainment, digital media, and fan engagement.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Travel Requirements: May be required to travel occasionally, including between HBSE’s various offices.
  • Work Environment: This position generally requires that work primarily be performed from the 76ers’ office in Camden, NJ.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $55,000 and $75,000/year. This position will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

This position will be an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
