As a Sr. Director, Paid Media & SEO on the Marketing team, a typical day for you will include:
  • Lead integrated media & AI-driven discovery strategy: Own end-to-end visibility and demand generation across paid, owned, earned, and emerging AI channels, including GEO, conversational search, and LLM ecosystems.
  • Translate business goals into performance-driven media plans: Define clear objectives, KPIs, and investment strategies; leverage data, AI, and analytics to optimize campaigns and drive growth.
  • Enable franchise media effectiveness at scale: Build AI-powered frameworks, tools, and playbooks to guide franchise owners in optimizing local media mix, targeting, and ROI across channels.
  • Advance AI innovation in marketing & commerce: Identify and scale AI applications for media optimization, audience targeting, content creation, and prepare the organization for agentic commerce and A2A environments.
  • Strengthen ecosystem partnerships & infrastructure: Collaborate with Product, Martech, and Data teams to enable machine-readable discovery; establish and manage agency frameworks, ensuring accountability for innovation and performance.

(Required qualifications)
  • Experience:
    • 10+ years of experience in media, growth marketing, or digital strategy
    • Experience in defining and executing an integrated media strategy across paid, owned, SEO, and emerging discovery channels, increasing share of voice and driving measurable gains in traffic, engagement, and conversion.
    • Experience leading the evolution from traditional search to AI-driven discovery, developing GEO strategies, optimizing for conversational search, and improving brand visibility across LLMs and AI assistants.
    • Experience translating enterprise growth objectives into data-driven media plans, KPIs, and investment strategies-leveraging advanced analytics and AI to continuously optimize performance and uncover new demand opportunities.
  • Skills:
    • Proven success leading both paid and organic media programs.
    • Strong analytical mindset with experience managing multi million dollar budgets.
    • Proven operational experience building experimentation infrastructure.
    • Experience managing and developing high performing teams.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Schedule / in-office requirements:
    • Hybrid working model; Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home.
