·         Manage and lead a team including a Quality Manager, Quality Supervisor, 17 team leads, and technicians

·         Oversee all aspects of food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance for the organization

·         Serve as the executive liaison with FDA, USDA, and third-party SQF auditing bodies

·         Provide strategic leadership and technical direction to the Quality Manager and quality team

·         Monitor, review, and drive quality performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Key Requirements 

·         BS degree in a preferred science discipline

·         7–10 years of progressive experience in food quality leadership

·         SQF Practitioner certification required
